Queen My Fairy King and other trivia?
MQ: Which version of My Fairy King is best the version? The original My Fairy King (as released on the Queen I album) or the studio version (as released on Queen At The Beeb album)
A)Original My Fairy King:
B)My Fairy King studio version:
OK, some trivia, hope it’s not too complex, just hope you have fun:
BQ1: True or False: Freddie Mercury once suffered hiccups on stage?
BQ2: Can you name the other 3 bass guitarists who played in Queen before John Deacon?
BQ3: True or False: Tim Staffell (leader singer before Freddie Mercury) left the band to pursue a career in animation made the original trains and characters in the animated series “Thomas the Tank Engine?
BQ4: True or False: After a studio session tantrum rage Roger Taylor once threw his entire drum kit in the direction of Freddie Mercury just narrowly missing him?
BQ5: Who was often described as the 5th member of Queen?
MA: Yes studio version is better, cleaner and classier vocals, it’s a pure Freddie Mercury tune at its best. The harmonies are amazing just so many layers to consider that it was a studio version too, although of course this recorded 2 years after the original so technically better produced with trackers.
BA1: True, Freddie Mercury stated this as one of his worst experiences
BA2: Mike Grose, Barry Mitchell and Doug Ewood
BA3: True
BA4: True hence the quote “One night Roger was in a foul mood and he threw his entire bloody drumset across the stage. The thing only just missed me – I might have been killed.”
BA5: Spike Edney

I’ve got to start getting on here more! I’ve been lazy, I guess.
My answer is "B". The vocals stand out more. It sounds more "Freddie".
BQ1: I’m guessing no.
BQ2: I only know 2. Staffell and Mitchell
BQ 3: True
BQ4: True. I believe it can be seen on "Live at the Rainbow 74"
BQ5: I’m going to say Spike.
(I suck at trivia)
I am so scared…here goes…
B) Studio Version…in my opinion is the best….
It is too complex for a newbie ( or even less than that ) like me…but i will give it a shot
Ba1: False…( and if it did ever happen I’d be shocked and would like to know what Freddie did …)
( but if there was… i will be able to one day
Ba2: no i cannot
Ba3:True, he indeed did create "Thomas the Tank Engine" ( I really dislike Thomas the Tank Engine" I was forced to watch it…)
Ba4:um….I hope that’s false….( is it?)
Ba5: I think I remember talking about about this with someone….my guess is Spike Edney (?)
Okay done…..still nervous because idk if these are right but I hope you tell me….
Have a wonderful day!
P.S. I DO think I’m a Queen fan btw

I had the guts to answer this Q…
MQ: The studio version. It’s nice
I love it.
I’m still sleepy so I’m sure I’ll fail in this trivia but let’s give it a try…
BQ1: Hmm… I”m guessing false… I never heard about this. Or is it true…? He used to have champagne on stage…
BQ2: Waaaah!! :’( I dunno them!! :’(
BQ3: Yeah true
BQ4: O_O Hmm… false!! It’s false, right!?
